This action research approach will explore and develop the reality and equity of young people’s opportunities to influence in municipalities, extending the analysis to the interfaces with Regional Councils and Wellbeing Services Counties. The study will start by assessing the legal provisions on youth participation, the strategic objectives set by municipalities, Regional Councils and Wellbeing Services Counties, and the identification of young people as influencers and actors on the basis of various protocols. Development goals are set through joint consultation between young people, decision-makers and those working with young people. One of the priorities is to develop young people’s participation in the evaluation of youth work services.
