Registration for the Annual Conference of Youth Research 2025 is closed.
Participation fees
- Normal participation fee 90 €
- Reduced participation fee (members of the Finnish Youth Research Society and doctoral students) 50 €
- Students 20 €
When registering, you can become a member of the Finnish Youth Research Society and pay a reduced participation fee.
The participation fee includes the conference program and coffee breaks.
Conference dinner
The conference dinner will be held on November 13 at 7:00 p.m. (Restaurant Aleksis, Kalevantie 2). When registering, you can purchase a dinner ticket for €60, which includes a welcome drink, the menu, and one drink. The dinner ticket must be purchased by October 30.

Cancellation policy
If cancellation is made by October 30, 2025, a cancellation fee of 50% of the reservation price will be charged. If the cancellation is made after October 31, 2025, the person who made the reservation will be charged the full price of the reservation. In case of an obstacle, it is possible to change the participant at no cost. Cancellations and changes must be made by email. In case of illness, please contact the Finnish Youth Research Society by email.
